Delete Your FieldQuote AI Account
You can permanently delete your FieldQuote AI account and the associated data we store at any time. This action cannot be undone, so please review the details below before proceeding.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is a self-service process completed from within the FieldQuote AI app. No request to support is required. To permanently delete your account and associated data:

Sign in to FieldQuote AI
Open the FieldQuote AI app and sign in with your account credentials. - 2
Open Settings
From the app navigation, go to Settings. - 3
Choose Delete Account
In Settings, select Delete Account under the account section. - 4
Follow the confirmation steps
Confirm your choice by following the on-screen prompts. Deletion is final once you confirm.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your user account along with the FieldQuote AI data associated with it, including:
- Customers
- Quotes
- Change orders
- Invoices
- Payments
- Profile data
Before you delete
Make sure you have downloaded or exported any quotes, invoices, or records you want to keep. Once deletion is confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
