By creating an account or using FieldQuote AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FieldQuote AI.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
FieldQuote AI is a software-as-a-service tool for contractors and small service businesses. It helps you draft quotes, manage customer approvals, create change orders, issue invoices, and track payments. The Service provides software tools only.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, pricing, taxes, scope of work, invoices, and customer information, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your own business. FieldQuote AI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any of this content.
FieldQuote AI provides software tools and is not a contractor, customer, employer, financial adviser, or party to any contract between you and your customers. Any agreement you reach with your customers is solely between you and them.
Some content in FieldQuote AI is drafted with the help of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors and must be reviewed by you before being sent to a customer or relied upon. You are responsible for any content you send or use.
FieldQuote AI is offered as a recurring subscription. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it. Cancellation applies to future billing periods only and does not refund amounts already billed.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy at /refunds. Please review that policy for eligibility, cancellation, and refund information.
Payments you collect through FieldQuote AI may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers have their own terms and policies that apply to your transactions. FieldQuote AI does not guarantee that any payment will be successfully collected.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to use it for unlawful activity, to harm others, to submit content that you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend access for misuse.
The FieldQuote AI software, branding, and design remain the property of FieldQuote AI. You retain ownership of, and responsibility for, the business and customer content you create or upload through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not promise any specific uptime.
To the extent permitted by law, FieldQuote AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, if any.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service, or any AI-generated content, will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
